Consent Forms: All guests must complete an Acknowledgment, Release, and Informed Consent form prior to receiving any service.
Medical Considerations: Please notify us in advance if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions or recent injuries, as certain services may not be suitable.
Environment: Grounded is a cell phone–free and smoke–free space. Please silence devices and refrain from smoking (including vaping) anywhere on the property.

We are a small business with real people depending on every booked appointment. Our policies ensure fair treatment for our guests and protection of our team’s time and income.
Standard Appointments:
We require 24 hours’ notice with a live team member (not voicemail) for any cancellation.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Holiday Appointments:
Require 48 hours' notice for cancellation. This applies to:
New Year’s Day
Valentine’s Day
Mother’s Day Weekend
Memorial Day Weekend
Veterans Day Weekend
Thanksgiving Week (Nov 16–29)
Winter Holiday (Dec 20–31)
Changes to appointment time, service type, or add-ons require 24 hours' notice with a team member.
If we cannot accommodate the change, the original service will be charged in full.
Guests who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service and may have their account temporarily suspended until the balance is paid.
All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card.
Disputes or unauthorized charges should be emailed directly to Yesenia, at yesenia@groundedbodyworks.com so we can resolve it immediately.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, return it within 30 days (unopened or gently used) for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
By receiving services at Grounded Bodyworks:
You confirm that you are responsible for your own health and well-being.
You understand our team are not medical practitioners and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions.
You agree to inform staff of any health conditions, allergies, or symptoms before your service.
If there is reason to believe you need medical clearance, it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to receiving services.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with spa services and agree to release Grounded Bodyworks, its employees, and affiliates from liability for any injury or adverse reaction.
