Jenn is the founder of Grounded Bodyworks and the creative force behind its care, culture, and hospitality. With 20+ years in therapeutic bodywork and education, she guides Grounded’s service direction, brand experience, and community partnerships.
Operations + Guest Experience Manager
Yesenia keeps Grounded moving with care, calm, and serious behind-the-scenes skill. She supports guest experience, scheduling, daily operations, and hotel partner communication so each visit feels smooth, thoughtful, and welcoming.

Grounded Bodyworks provides therapeutic massage by California Certified Massage Therapists. Our providers are trained, insured, and held to professional standards for safe, ethical, care-focused bodywork.
We oppose all forms of sexual massage, exploitation, and trafficking. Our team is trained to leave any session that becomes unsafe or inappropriate, report the incident, and receive management support immediately.
